THIS POSTITION IS LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS, NV. The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate reporting, analysis, and operational insights that support sales, marketing, and leadership decision-making. This role develops and maintains performance dashboards, forecasting tools, staffing analyses, compensation reporting, and executive presentations to monitor business results and identify opportunities for improvement. The position partners with regional and site leadership to provide actionable insights, standardize reporting processes, leverage AI-driven efficiencies, and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems while supporting strategic business objectives and operational excellence.
