The Ops Support Specialist 3 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Specialist 3 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Document processes in an accurate and detailed manner and follow established procedures to complete complex assignments
- Identify process gaps requiring escalation, offering potential solutions
- Assist with inventory management and workflow needs as dictated through risk priority and service level
- Support a range of products and services
- Analyze problems and formulate solutions through research and investigation
- Navigate, test and execute moderately complex databases, spreadsheets, and systems
- Ensure accurate and timely account handling
- Assist in activities that help reduce organizational impact and/or loss
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others to complete assigned tasks
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent

Funciones
- Realizar altas, bajas de clientes y mantenimiento de las cuentas de banca electrónica en sistema
- Actualización de expediente del cliente.
- Es un puesto de nivel inicial a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de
- operaciones, incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de
- documentación/registros, almacenamiento y obtención de registros, mantenimiento de cuenta, aspecto y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones
- Altas de usuarios, reimpresiones y/o reinicios de claves, reposiciones de netkey y modificaciones de facultades de usuarios
- Proceso SPID, llevando a cabo altas, bajas y mantenimientos para garantizar la integridad de los datos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia administrativa en captura de datos
- Experiencia en revision de documentos
- Deseable experiencia en procesos SPID
- Experiencia en revisión de expedientes
- Experiencia en manejo de bases de datos
- Herramientas: Paquetería office (Excel básico)
- Skills: Trabajo en equipo y proactivo
Zona de Trabajo
Tecno parque/ Moras Benito Juarez
Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos de L-V 8 horas en un lapso de 8 am a 8 pm, con disponibilidad de los siguientes horarios 8 a 5pm, 11 am a 8pm, 9 a 6 pm dependiendo de las necesidades del proceso
