As a Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) Manager at Givaudan, you will lead the Consumer & Market Insights agenda for the Oral Care category across the Southeast Asia & Oceania region. As Oral Care operates as a global category, you will report to the Global Senior CMI Manager and work closely with the global Oral Care team to ensure alignment on priorities, insights, and best practices. By delivering high-quality insights, leading regional research initiatives, identifying innovative methodologies, and partnering closely with commercial, marketing, creative, and development team, you will translate consumer understanding into actionable recommendations that support flavor development, portfolio growth, and commercial success.
Project Management
- Lead and manage regional Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) projects across multiple countries, ensuring consistency in research design, methodology, execution, and reporting.
- Define appropriate research approaches and test protocols aligned with project objectives and business needs.
- Ensure high-quality project execution, data integrity, robust analysis, and timely delivery of recommendations.
- Plan, monitor, and manage the annual CMI budget in close collaboration with the management.
- Coordinate with external research agencies and partners.
Consumer Insights, Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from internal insight platforms and external research sources.
- Translate complex findings into clear, engaging, and actionable reports, dashboards, presentations, and visual summaries tailored to different internal audiences.
Business Partnering & Knowledge Sharing
- Deliver in-depth interpretation of consumer research results or intelligence platforms to support flavor development, selection, innovation, and customer submissions.
- Build strong relationships with the Global Oral Care Consumer Insights team to leverage global studies, adapt relevant learnings to the Southeast Asia & Oceania region, and contribute regional insights to the global knowledge base.
- Lead insight-sharing sessions to ensure regional teams remain informed of the latest consumer learnings.
- Regularly engages with customers to share relevant consumer insights and research learnings
Prospective Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Drive the continuous evolution of Consumer & Market Insights learnings by identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative research methodologies, tools, and strategic partners.
- Stay informed of emerging consumer research trends, technologies, and analytical techniques to continuously enhance the team's capabilities.

Your professional profile includes:
- Extensive experience in Consumer & Market Insights, ideally in both agency and client sides.
- Strong expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, consumer testing, statistical analysis, and insight generation.
- Project management skills with experience managing regional or multi-country research projects and external research agencies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Expertise in analysing large data sets and drawing strategic conclusions and implications
- Familiarity with data reduction, consumer segmentation and driver analysis techniques to interrogate data from different perspectives, to develop hypotheses for flavor development and arguments to support submissions
- Proficiency in the use of statistical software for analysis of research data (in locations where this is done in-house)
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovative and forward-thinking mindset
- Collaborative, proactive, and business-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Background in Oral Care category and/or food background is a plus
- Fluent in English.
