The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, programmatic, and student support for the Nurse Anesthesia Program within the College of Nursing. Working collaboratively with UTC faculty and Erlanger Health System partners, this position coordinates and supports students and faculty in all aspects of the educational and clinical experience. The position maintains student records, supports admissions and clinical placement processes, coordinates accreditation and compliance activities, and serves as a primary resource for students regarding program, university, and clinical requirements. The Administrative Assistant works closely with faculty, students, and clinical partners to ensure efficient program operations and compliance with accreditation, university, and clinical site standards.
