Our Compliance team oversees internal controls, anti-money laundering, corporate governance, contracts, and disclosures. We proactively respond to regulatory changes while leading advisory, monitoring, and training initiatives to protect stakeholders and promote consumer rights.
Compliance 팀은 내부통제, 자금세탁방지(AML), 지배구조, 계약 및 공시 관련 업무를 담당합니다. 법령 및 규제 변화에 선제적으로 대응하며, 이해관계자 보호와 소비자 권익 제고를 위해 자문, 모니터링 및 교육 활동을 수행합니다.
What awaits you?
- Support AML screening and customer identification verification activities.
AML 스크리닝 및 고객 신원 확인 업무를 지원합니다. - Support the receipt and response of official correspondence with regulatory authorities and industry associations.
금융감독원 및 여신금융협회 등 유관 기관과의 공문 수신 및 회신 업무를 지원합니다. - Provide administrative support for electronic litigation processes.
전자소송 관련 업무를 지원합니다. - Manage corporate seals and related administrative processes.
법인인감 및 사용인감을 관리하고 관련 행정 업무를 지원합니다. - Conduct translation of Legal & Compliance-related documents and materials (primarily Korean to English).
Legal & Compliance 관련 문서 및 자료의 번역 업무를 수행합니다. (주로 국문→영문). - Maintain and manage internal guidelines, policies, and work instructions.
사내 Guideline, Policy 및 Work Instruction을 관리합니다. - Support ad-hoc administrative and operational activities within the Legal & Compliance team.
기타 Legal & Compliance 관련 운영 및 행정 업무를 지원합니다.
What should you bring along?
- Native-level proficiency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
원어민 수준의 한국어 활용 능력을 보유하신 분 - Advanced English proficiency, including the ability to translate business and compliance-related documents.
비즈니스 및 Compliance 관련 문서의 번역이 가능한 우수한 영어 역량을 보유하신 분 - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등 MS Office 활용 능력을 보유하신 분 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 바탕으로 다양한 구성원과 협업할 수 있는 분
