Your Role: Caring for Our Residents
As a nurse at Marietta Heights Post Acute, you will:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Collaborate with STNAs, fellow nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
- Follow facility policies, infection control practices, and applicable state and federal regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
- A compassionate attitude and genuine desire to care for others.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to work the scheduled full-time day shift.
