Delta View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Antioch, CA.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help residents improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional skills, and independence.
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies.
- Monitor resident progress and communicate observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident care.
- Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Maintain a compassionate, professional, and resident-centered approach.
Qualifications
- Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
