About the role and the company:
We’ve experienced 53% growth year over year. Now we’re looking to bring on two experienced sales people to help us grow even faster! This role will be a combination of working warm, inbound leads from our marketing channels and outbound sales.
As a young company, there’s a ton of flexibility in roles and responsibilities, so if you’ve got creative ideas to help you sell more, we’d love to support it!
The range of tasks includes the following:
Researching and identifying sales prospects
Cold-calling prospects on the phone
Cold outreach emails to prospects
Managing a sales pipeline
Following sales cadences for inbound and outbound leads
Warm email outreach
Creating sales presentation materials
Holding sales calls with prospects via Zoom
Managing contracts
Assisting with onboarding and handing off signed clients to the account management team
We currently have 10+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic collaborators, and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!
Requirements
Language
Excellent spoken English – You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with native English speakers via Zoom and phone calls. This includes strong listening skills, confident verbal communication, and the ability to articulate ideas concisely in real-time conversations.
Location
This is a work-from-home setup.
You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)
What makes a strong candidate:
3+ years of sales experience, especially in client-facing positions.
Consistent availability & looking for a long-term position
Strong record of successful sales, especially at B2B organizations or marketing agencies
Dedication to closing the deal
Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency
Able to work independently with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet
Can work through obstacles and challenges
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Result-driven and goal-oriented

Wages:
Hourly compensation is in $USD
We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills
Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own.
Target 42.5 billable hours per week
Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings
Paid Vacation Time
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
Paid Sick Time:
5 sick days off annually
Paid Life Leave
15 days accrued annually.
Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.
Life Leave allows team members to use their vacation leave as it’s meant to be – a break – while knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
Paid Holidays
You have 7 paid US holidays.
