GM Protection is responsible for driving continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational rigor across GM Protection operations supporting F&I Protection products. This role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, scalability, and compliance readiness through the application of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
