Key Job Responsibilities
Assist clinical data analysis, research and quality assurance initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on community outreach and wellness programs.
Review and validate medical and digital content.
Ensure outstanding guest experience across all service touchpoints.
Manage guest feedback and drive continuous service improvements.
Candidate Profile
MBBS or MD qualification from a recognized university.
Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) is mandatory.
Overseas exposure in the health/wellness industry will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skill.
Strong knowledge of diagnostics, screening methodologies and best practices.
In-depth understanding of medical legal and regulatory guidelines.
