KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- On time Budgeted Carder fulfillment.
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews for Staff & below.
- Actively participated at KPI meetings prepare, maintain and update documents / reports, assist in carrying out activities initiated to ensure conformity.
- Maintain the Below 3-month retention.
- Coordinate with the Training School, drive attract Piller.
- Ensure proper employee database management in a methodical manner in order to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
- Actively Take part in the CSR Activity and Ensure the Recruitment requirement from relevant areas.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Good communication & analytical skills.
- Builds Performance Agility.
- Planning & organizing ability.
- Decision making and problem solving skills.
