We are currently looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site working model). In this role, you will work closely with event organizers in the Bulgarian market, support them at every step, and act as a liaison between them and the More.com teams.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a tech/product environment, passion for live events, excellent communication skills and the drive to grow into a full Account Management role.
What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of event organizers, building long-term relationships and continuously improving the way we work together.
- Provide proactive support to event organizers, from onboarding to the More.com platform and setting up their events, to gather and act on their feedback.
- Deliver compelling presentations of the More.com platform to event organizers, partners and other internal or external stakeholders.
- Work closely with our Country Manager in Bulgaria, aligning on account priorities, local market opportunities and commercial goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for your accounts with the teams based in Greece, such as Commercial, Product and Marketing, making sure client needs are communicated clearly and handled on time.
- Share insights and feedback from the Bulgarian market with the teams in Greece, helping shape product improvements and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports on ticket sales and campaign performance (MS Excel, Power BI) and share actionable insights with your clients.
- Present our platform to new and existing clients and help ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales or customer success
- Tech savvy and computer literate: MS Excel, Power BI, MS Dynamics
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with colleagues across different countries and locations
- Experience in the entertainment industry and/or with ticketing platforms will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered a plus.
