Our Social & CRM team turns in-game events into stories players stop scrolling for. We're looking for an Social Media Artist to do that faster, smarter and funnier.
You will own the AI art pipeline from raw game assets to ready-to-post content. You'll take layered PSDs and event art, then design AI workflows that turn them into on-brand, story-driven social and CRM images and videos. This is art at scale: build workflows that create art people feel, react to and share.
Responsibilities
Build reusable AI workflows: design pipelines that take any event PSD and output a full content kit, built on a character and asset library and campaign rules that keep every asset consistent.
Turn event art into social kits: video, posts, stories, banners and CRM visuals in every format we ship.
Lead with video: turn event art into short, platform-native video (reels, stories, shorts) with AI video tools like LayerAI or similar, and when needed cut, pace and finish it in Premiere Pro.
Tell the story: every asset needs a hook, a character moment or a joke that lands, built for comments, shares and taps.
Prompt optimization: write clear workflows, skills and playbooks (in .md) that any teammate can run on any input, then keep refining and expanding them.
Ship fast: move from brief to publish-ready in hours.
Requirements
5+ years in digital art, video or design, with 2+ years of daily, production-level generative AI work.
Strong AI video skills
Expert command of AI image tools.
Advanced Premiere Pro editing: pacing, sound, captions and platform-native cuts.
Proven AI workflow craft: asset libraries, style references, multi-step prompt systems and batch production.
Strong Photoshop skills: you can break down a layered PSD and composite AI output.
A social-first eye: you know what earns a share and what earns a scroll.
Real storytelling instinct and humor. Can you make a game character funny in a single frame?
Fluent English, written and spoken.
A portfolio with video work and the workflow behind it, not just the final output.
