Supports customer quotes and orders by preparing accurate product documentation for the division’s product lines, including approval drawings, bills of material, manufacturing drawings, and related design calculations. This role interprets customer quote and order requirements, applies established product configuration rules and calculations to transform released product designs into customized customer applications. Partners with customer care, technical services, applications engineering, and manufacturing support teams to help enable accurate quoting, order processing, and on-time delivery.
Conducts assigned work using system tools, communicate questions or gaps timely, and support practical improvements to work methods, templates, and tools that increase accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
