Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Sales Enablement Product Marketing to help shape how REAL tells its story and brings its value to the market.
In this role, you'll turn cutting-edge AI technology into powerful stories and compelling messages that resonate with enterprise customers. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to understand our customers, uncover what matters most to them, and bring REAL's value to life across different audiences and channels.
From crafting impactful messaging and sales materials to driving targeted campaigns, social media, and industry events, you'll play a key role in building our market presence and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do
- Develop compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to different customer segments, industries, and buyer personas.
- Translate complex AI product capabilities into clear business value across different marketing channels and materials.
- Partner closely with Sales to create tailored presentations, pitch decks, customer stories, and other materials that support enterprise sales and customer engagement.
- Create marketing content across multiple channels, including email campaigns, sales outreach, and digital platforms.
- Manage REAL's social media presence, including content planning, creation, and publishing, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute industry events and conferences, including logistics, vendor coordination, marketing materials, and follow-up activities.
- Drive targeted field marketing initiatives and campaigns to engage key accounts and support business growth.
- Collaborate with Product and customer-facing teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and continuously improve marketing messaging.
- Take end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives, from planning and content development through execution.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or field marketing within a technology company, preferably SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
- Strong product understanding and ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling business value.
- Proven experience developing messaging, positioning, and marketing content tailored to different customer segments and audiences.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams to support customer engagement and business growth.
- Hands-on experience creating content across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, and sales materials.
- Experience planning and coordinating B2B events, conferences, or field marketing activities.
- Strong interest in AI, with curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring and using AI tools in everyday work.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills, with native-level English proficiency — mandatory.
- Proactive, creative, and highly organized, with strong ownership and the ability to independently drive projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
