Securitas Canada is looking for professional and reliable Security Guards to join our team across a variety of client sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
This posting is for multiple vacancies for event security in Downtown Toronto. Candidates must be able to work Nov 2-6, 2026. Candidates that are entry level are welcome to see us! We are holding walk in interviews on Monday Oct 26, 2026, from 10:00AM-2:00PM at our office: 235 Yorkland Blvd Suite 400 North York, ON M2J 4Y8. Candidates are required to bring updated hard copy of their resume, security guard licence and first aid and cpr certificate for validation. Candidates could be hired on the spot.
What We Need from You:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Ability to complete written reports accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous security experience is an asset, but qualified candidates with a combination of strong customer-service and security backgrounds are encouraged to apply for more experienced roles.
- Be able to travel to the Downtown Toronto area.
