Job Description
Currently this position observes assembly processes and develop recommendations to improve safety, efficiency, and quality in all US facilities.
Pay Range: $87,771 - $97,523 annually
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.

TOP most relevant ACTUAL TASKS being sought for this position :
• Observe and evaluate assembly-related processes within US SEW facilities, recommending and effecting changes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Institute policies and practices that promote global product/process uniformity.
• Liase with consulting resources in Germany to incorporate best practices for assembly processes.
• Participate in planning activities for new facility designs and major additions.
• Participate in Wiepro trainings and meetings as directed by Wiepro management in Germany.
• Support Wiepro activities as an extension of Wiepro Germany in Mexico and Canada as schedule allows.
• Visit mentioned facilities on a routine basis to follow up on progress of ongoing projects, conduct new studies, and make recommendations.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
