What You’ll Do:

Drive new business development across k-12 end use segment and dealer channel
Build and maintain relationships with dealers & end users
Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts
Lead product presentations and specification efforts
Manage projects end-to-end: from opportunity identification through installation and post-project follow-up
Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation platforms
Stay informed on design trends, product innovation, and market activity
Represent Patcraft in the local market through meetings and industry events

Demonstrate the flexibility and adaptability to shift priorities, focus areas, and strategies in response to evolving business conditions, market opportunities, and strategic direction of the Regional Vice President.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
Must have the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, team-selling environment with share financial outcomes and mutual accountability
3+ years sales experience OR 5+ years professional experience
Comfortable with regular after hour networking + events
Must live in the greater Boston area

Strongly preferred experience or skills:

Bachelor's degree
Experience calling on institutional segments
Proven record of new business development
CRM (salesforce) experience
