The Role

You’re the person who opens every door. Your job is to find the right companies, reach them at the right moment, and fill the pipeline that drives Altitude’s growth.

The role of a BDR has fundamentally changed. You will use the latest stack of AI tools to drive a high-performing outbound machine: identifying perfect-fit accounts, timing outreach to real signals, and running multi-channel campaigns across email, X, LinkedIn, cold calls, DMs, and beyond. The goal is to build pipeline and spend most of your day on calls, qualifying real opportunities and handing them to the sales team ready to close.

Why This Might Be Interesting

Most BDR roles are about smiling, dialing, and reading a script someone else wrote. This one isn’t. We are operating at the bleeding edge and rethinking what BDR looks like in the age of AI. AI has fundamentally changed the playbooks for outbound. You get to influence what the new version looks like.

You’ll work directly with GTM, sales, and senior leadership. You will have real input into how Altitude acquires customers and will build skills that compound fast. If you’re a builder who’s really good at sales and growth, and you want to be at a company where the ceiling is high, this is the role for you.

Small team, high standards. Learn more about our core values here.
