The Production Team Leader plays a key role in driving a safe, productive, and high-performing manufacturing environment. This position provides day-to-day leadership and support to production associates, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards. The Team Leader serves as a subject matter expert within their assigned area, helping develop team capabilities through training, coaching, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with production leadership, the Production Team Leader supports operational excellence by promoting a strong safety culture, maintaining standard work practices, and helping the team achieve production, quality, and delivery goals.
