Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Butler Hotline Ambassador to join our customer service team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be the voice of our organization, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients through our hotline service. As a Butler Hotline Ambassador, you will deliver personalized, professional service while addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with warmth and efficiency. - Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide prompt assistance to customers
- Listen actively to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout each interaction
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using company systems and databases
- Provide information about services, policies, and procedures in a clear and helpful manner
- Handle multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining quality service standards
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been adequately addressed
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by going above and beyond standard service expectations
- Adhere to company protocols, scripts, and quality standards during all customer interactions
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and service improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience in a hospitality, concierge, or similar customer-facing environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette
- Strong active listening and empathetic interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and customer management tools
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and local Udaipur languages is highly preferred
- Patience, composure, and emotional intelligence when handling difficult or frustrated customers
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Knowledge of hospitality services, luxury concierge offerings, or butler services is a plus
