Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing & Digital Manager to join the India and South Asia Regional Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving brand excellence, supporting hotel marketing teams, executing regional campaigns, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and brand standards across Accor's portfolio in India.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Stewardship & Governance
- Act as the India custodian for all Accor brands, including the corporate brand, ensuring consistency and compliance with regional and global brand strategies.
- Partner with hotel operational teams to ensure implementation and rollout of brand standards, identifiers, and marketing requirements.
- Monitor adherence to brand guidelines and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Support the development and execution of Accor's pan-India marketing and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, production houses, media buying agencies, and other external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Manage campaign workflows, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and approvals to ensure flawless execution.
Performance Tracking & Market Intelligence
- Track campaign performance, effectiveness, and return on investment against defined objectives.
- Monitor consumer trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging business needs.
- Provide recommendations to strengthen brand positioning and marketing effectiveness.
Hotel Marketing Support
- Partner with hotels to develop integrated marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities and business goals.
- Follow up regularly with hotel teams to monitor execution of marketing initiatives and ensure delivery against plans.
- Support hotels with implementation of brand guidelines, campaign assets, promotional initiatives, and creative best practices.
- Assist hotels with CRM initiatives, customer communications, and owned channel updates including website and digital platforms.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on regional marketing activities, performance metrics, and key initiatives for senior leadership.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage purchase order creation, invoice processing, approvals, and budget tracking.
- Liaise closely with Finance teams to ensure timely payment processing and budget compliance.
- Support marketing budget management and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or communications.
- Experience within hospitality, travel, retail, consumer, or service industries is preferred.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, media planning, and marketing analytics.
- Experience working with agencies and external vendors.
