Job Summary:
As a Data Insights & Audiences Senior Manager, you will be responsible to Lead enterprise transformation across customer data, insights, audiences, analytics, personalization, and responsible AI to deliver measurable business growth.
You will advise executive stakeholders on Customer 360 strategy, audience activation, measurement frameworks, operating model modernization, marketing technology investments, and responsible AI adoption. The role combines business consulting, transformation leadership, delivery oversight, commercial acumen, and practice development.
You will work with marketing, analytics, data, technology, privacy, product, and agency teams to design and operationalize data-driven customer engagement capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of clients’ current data management, Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities.
- Provide recommendations on optimizing the current stack and develop use cases to improve utilization.
- Strategize and build clients’ digital marketing data management and analytics programs for segmentation, Agentic AI-enabled personalization, and activation across digital channels.
- Identify data sources and design data cleaning, transformation, and integration approaches for CDP.
- Evaluate and recommend new ways of data management through CDP, including the integration of Agentic AI capabilities into the broader marketing technology landscape.
- Plan and design digital analytics/clickstream data inclusion to customer 360 view and provide frameworks/solutions/roadmaps.
- Partner with technology solution providers, client IT teams, and marketing agencies to deliver solutions.
- Understand and convey the impact of regulations such as CCPA, GDPR, and client-specific requirements on data management.
- Design integrations across vendor tools, MarTech/AdTech components, data sources, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the MarTech and Agentic AI landscape and engage ecosystem players/vendors to enable best-in-class digital audience management capabilities.
- Develop and manage a team of CDP specialists, including work allocation, project SME support, hiring, and training on emerging capabilities such as Agentic AI.
- Drive business development efforts and thought leadership across MarTech, CDP, digital marketing platforms, and Agentic AI-enabled marketing transformation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Transformation, Digital Analytics, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Agentic AI applications in marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, data management, data strategy, data integration, workflow design, CDP, Customer 360, identity resolution, consent, audience segmentation, activation, personalization, analytics, measurement, and attribution.
- Experience directing enterprise implementations or transformation programs involving Adobe Experience Platform / RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium, Oracle Unity, or comparable platforms.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Target, Google Analytics 360, or comparable capabilities.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting digital analytics and marketing platforms.
- Experience applying Agentic AI within marketing transformation and CDP solutions to support audience segmentation, personalization, cross-channel activation, and MarTech integration, with appropriate data privacy, responsible AI and governance controls.
- Techno-functional and project management experience, including delivery of marketing use cases.
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business management or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in marketing transformation, analytics, and applicable Agentic AI initiatives.
- This position is based at our Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Pune office.
- Good consulting, techno-functional and project management experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- At least 6-7 years of hands-on functional or techno-functional consulting experience across CDP, analytics, audience management, personalization, marketing automation, journey orchestration, or related MarTech ecosystems.
- MBA from a tier 1 or 2 college
