Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic PR Senior Account Executive to join our Milan team, working with an exciting portfolio of technology brands. You’ll play a key role in delivering integrated communications campaigns, building strong media relationships and developing creative ideas that make our clients stand out.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day client activity, lead press office programmes and support junior team members, combining creativity with a results-driven approach to deliver outstanding client work and drive account growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage client relationships: Oversee a portfolio of 4–5 clients, managing day-to-day account activity, deliverables, media relations, reporting and priorities, with senior support where needed.
• Lead integrated campaigns: Help develop and deliver creative, impactful communications campaigns that engage audiences, build brand awareness and achieve client objectives.
• Drive media relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology journalists, influencers and key media contacts.
• Support and inspire the team: Guide junior colleagues, share your knowledge and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Think strategically: Plan ahead, anticipate client needs and align activity with agreed scopes of work, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and accounts continue to progress.
• Bring fresh ideas: Proactively identify opportunities for innovative campaigns that deliver results, delight clients and support organic account growth.
• Manage multiple priorities: Keep projects moving, balance competing deadlines and deliver high-quality work while building confidence with senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to new business: Get involved in pitches, market research, industry analysis and creative brainstorming to help win new clients and grow the business.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• 5–6 years’ experience in a PR or communications agency, ideally within innovation and technology, with strong tech expertise essential.
• Strong media relations skills and an established network of relevant journalists and influencers.
• Excellent client service and account management capabilities.
• A creative, proactive mindset with the ability to turn ideas into effective campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Confidence supporting junior team members and working collaboratively across teams.
• A strategic outlook, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for communications.
