Your responsibilities
- - Analyse business needs, translating them into precise IT & D solutions, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
- - Engage in data analysis, user research, and other studies to bolster product development and enhancements.
- - Collaborate with key stakeholders such as product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver exemplary products.
- - Navigate complex data landscapes, interpreting and defining specifications for technological processes.
- - Act as a steward of change, facilitating communication between technical teams and business users for clarity and successful solution implementation.
The experience we're looking for
- - Proficient in analysing requirements and translating business processes into clear specifications.
- - Familiar with manufacturing processes and a deep understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- - Well-versed in project and programme management, design thinking, and IT service management.
- - Skilled in change management practises with a focus on stakeholder relationship management and user adoption.
- - Strong communication skills, capable of advising and guiding diverse teams and stakeholders.
