The role

With individual project investment values ranging from around £50m to £4bn, you’ll bring together commercial, technical, financial and development expertise to define winning strategies, make clear choices and create compelling propositions in highly competitive markets.

Reporting to the Director of Bids within our Commercial team, you’ll lead bid teams of around 10–20+ people, working across SSE and, where applicable, with Joint Venture partners. You’ll create the environment for people to challenge thinking, innovate and maintain a clear focus on commercial value and successful outcomes.
