This position is based in Mexico City (Santa Fe area) and will require on-site work in a hybrid set up.

Purpose and Scope
The People Services Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient administration and delivery of employee benefits programs. This role ensures the integrity of benefits data, oversees payment controls and invoice validation, maintains accurate supporting documentation, and facilitates the timely resolution of employee inquiries and benefit-related cases.
- Role and Responsibilities
- Support the control, validation, and processing of benefit-related payments by reviewing invoices, supporting documentation, employee records, vendor information, approved services, and invoiced amounts; identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefit payments, invoices, approvals, benefit changes, and audit requirements, while partnering with Global Benefits, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and benefit vendors to ensure compliance, traceability, and uninterrupted benefit coverage.
- Escalate complex cases, risks, payment discrepancies, compliance concerns or service issues to the appropriate supervisor or subject-matter expert in a timely manner.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external vendors to support timely issue resolution and service continuity.
- Manage multiple priorities and high volumes of operational activities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.

- Work collaboratively and supportively with People Services Operations, Global Benefits and other internal teams.
- Place the employee experience at the center of benefit-related processes and interactions.
- Build productive and professional relationships with stakeholders and external benefit vendors.
- Demonstrate ownership and consistent follow-up from the initial request through final resolution.
- Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing employee data, invoices, payments and supporting documentation.
- Remain organized and effective when working under pressure, managing high volumes or responding to changing priorities.
- Adopt a proactive and results-oriented approach to identifying risks, resolving discrepancies and meeting established deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle employee and benefits information in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and actively identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls and improve service quality.
- Support the operational execution of the employee lifecycle to ensure a seamless employee experience, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, life events, Tier 1 benefits escalations and issue resolution, post-annual renewal activities (e.g., certificates), coordinating employee education sessions, and the maintenance of benefits content in knowledge base articles.
- Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in benefits administration.
- Experience of working with an inhouse HR Service Delivery model
- Expertise in MS Office (especially Excel) and service management systems (ServiceNow or similar)
- Fluent in written and spoken business English and Spanish.
- Ability to cope within a fast paced, growing and changing environment.
- Able to manage high volumes of work and prioritise effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
