Age Requirement:
- All candidates must be 21 years of age or older (C101). Proof of age will be required during the application process.
Security Experience:
- Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of security experience (C115). This experience should be verifiable and relevant to the position being applied for.
Technical Proficiency:
- Candidates must demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using a computer or tablet (B204). This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Candidates must be capable of lifting more than 20 pounds (B209). This requirement is essential for roles that involve physical tasks and responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
