To acquire and service Gold Loan customers, drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management, and ensure adherence to operational and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new Gold Loan customers through branch walk-ins, field visits, references, and local market activities.
• Achieve assigned Gold Loan disbursement and portfolio targets.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable gold loan products.
• Coordinate valuation and pledge processes as per bank policies.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and loan processing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and repeat business.
• Monitor loan renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
• Generate leads for cross-selling products such as Savings Accounts, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
• Conduct local marketing and promotional activities to increase business penetration.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution.
