Recruiter

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Lead - PLM to lead strategic hiring initiatives across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Digital Engineering, and Manufacturing Transformation practices. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, talent strategy, and team leadership for niche PLM skillsets supporting global Engineering & R&D programs.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PLM hiring, strong market intelligence capabilities, and a proven track record of fulfilling critical positions across consulting, implementation, support, migration, and digital transformation engagements.

Recruitment Strategy & Leadership

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives for PLM and Digital Engineering practices.
• Develop workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Partner with Business Unit Leaders, Delivery Heads, and Practice Leaders to forecast talent demand.
• Drive recruitment governance, process optimization, and SLA adherence.
• Mentor and guide recruiters supporting PLM hiring programs.

End-to-End Hiring Ownership

• Own recruitment delivery for individual contributor, specialist, architect, and leadership positions.
• Manage requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of critical customer-facing and delivery-critical roles.
