Credit Operation Executive

The Credit Operation Executive (COE) will be the primary point of contact for customers in the CLM Domestic BFSI segment, handling end‑to‑end credit processing, verification, and issue resolution. Working within the Manpower – Back Office department, the COE ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Manage credit operations, resolve client queries, and ensure accurate processing of loan documentation for Digitide Solutions' BFSI back‑office team.
