As a Lead Engineering Tech II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in leading and managing a team of support specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing processes to improve support efficiency and effectiveness.

By providing technical support and guidance, you will help Honeywell Aerospace maintain its position as a global technology leader, delivering high-quality solutions that improve the quality of life for people around the world.

You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you’ll work 100% onsite at our Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley) location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of support specialists
Set up/tear down testing stations, work with Engineering Team to evaluate product.
Comfortable soldering wires, SMT or thru components to PBA boards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and resolve issues
Troubleshoot systems and electronic modules to the component level.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve support efficiency and effectiveness
Identify training and development needs for support specialists and facilitate skill enhancement
