Responsible for leading the field In House marketing team. They focus on tour bookings, selling packages, and generating leads. Their goal is to achieve targets and budgets. This position will assist the team by providing clear communication and direction, training, coaching, mentoring and managing of the day to day operations. The team must be capable of adjusting to environmental and organizational changes to allow for maximum results. It is imperative to develop a one-team concept where every team is interlocked with one vision and one overall goal while living and exemplifying the HILTON values.
