Major Gift Officer II

We are searching for a Major Gift Officer II – someone who is a relationship-focused, highly organized fundraising professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help grow meaningful philanthropic relationships. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of qualified prospects and donors with the goal of securing at least $3 million in philanthropic support, while strengthening the pipeline and increasing donor retention, engagement, and giving over time. With 3–5 years of fundraising experience, you’ll identify and qualify new prospects, convert event participants into active donor relationships, and cultivate, retain, and upgrade donors giving $10,000 or more. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent follow-through, comfort managing a high-volume portfolio, and the ability to use data and donor insights to prioritize opportunities and move donors from initial engagement through meaningful philanthropic investment.More jobs at Texas Children's Hospital · Other jobs in Houston
