Your Role  

The Enterprise Mandates Delivery team is a group of project managers and business analysts dedicated to implementing large, cross-functional mandates with significant technology impacts arising from federal, state, county, and BCBSA requirements. The Project Manager, Principal will report to the Senior Director and serve as a senior individual contributor with a balanced allocation of responsibilities: approximately 50% of the role will be dedicated to directly leading a complex enterprise regulatory mandate, and approximately 50% will support the Enterprise Mandates Delivery team through portfolio governance, data validation, reporting, process and tool improvements, risk escalation, knowledge sharing, business continuity planning and consistent use of Planview, Archer, and SharePoint.

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Project Manager, Principal serves as a senior individual contributor, splitting responsibilities between leading complex enterprise mandates (50%) and supporting portfolio governance, reporting, risk management, process improvements, knowledge sharing, business continuity planning, and effective use of Planview, Archer, and SharePoint (50%).
