Marketing Intern

Location: Saigon Pavilion, 53-55 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Duration: 6 months  · Start: as soon as possible

About the internship

This is a six-month internship for university students who want to learn how marketing actually works across a full funnel, not just one corner of it. You will rotate through paid and organic digital, content and events.

Interns are given real tasks with real deadlines. Expect to own pieces of work, present what you find, and see your content go live. Expect also to spend time on the unglamorous parts: tracking numbers, chasing logistics, checking details.

Who we are looking for

• University students in their 3rd year or above

• A real interest in marketing, communications, or digital media

• Active on Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, and curious about why content works

• Comfortable with deadlines shifting and priorities changing week to week

• Clear written and spoken Vietnamese and English

• Some hands-on experience designing graphics and editing short video (Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar). Polished skills are not expected, but you should already be making things

What you will work on

Digital and performance marketing

• Draft on-page and blog content to support organic traffic

• Monitor Google Ads and Meta performance alongside senior staff

• Prepare weekly performance summaries and flag what changed and why

• Support influencer outreach and campaign coordination

Social media (organic)

• Develop content ideas for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Zalo

• Design post graphics and simple visual assets to brand templates

• Write captions, build storyboards, and shoot and edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels and Zalo

• Manage the posting schedule and monitor engagement

• Track analytics and share weekly learnings with the team

Events and activations

• Support planning and delivery of office events, workshops and school activations

• Coordinate logistics, guest lists and on-site set-up

• Capture event content for social

• Collect feedback and event performance data

Student and community storytelling

• Interview students and parents to gather their stories

• Turn them into testimonials, short videos or blog pieces

• Contribute ideas for community activities and user-generated content

What you will get

• Hands-on work across paid, organic, PR and events, with your own portfolio pieces to show for it

• Design and video editing reps on live campaigns, not practice briefs

• Monthly feedback and a named mentor on the marketing team

• Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation, based on your performance

We cannot promise a full-time offer at the end. Some interns have gone on to join EF; that depends on performance and on whether a role is open at the time.
