What You'll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, agency-provided leads, referrals, and networking.
Connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance coverage.
Prepare quotes, explain policy options, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and help existing customers address coverage gaps.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and CRM activity.
Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and long-term growth.
Work toward individual production goals while contributing to overall agency success.
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
Gain exposure to agency operations, business development, and the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business.
What We're Looking For

Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Insurance Licensing: Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain the required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
