PHOTOSHOP AGENT

Job Summary: The photoshop agent is responsible for daily sales at the photoshop, while supporting functions of photoshop site manager and lead store attendant as to the daily operation of the site.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a safe, clean and orderly work location
Ensuring the proper flow of guests through their photo taking sessions, photo selections and purchases
Editing/adjusting images for best positioning to ensure increased sales
Achieving daily photo sales objectives
Maintaining the highest quality guest experience through consistent interaction with the guests in the area, greeting them with a pleasant attitude and smiling face
Accompanying guests on excursions while always demonstrating a positive attitude, professionalism, representative of the Sandals culture
Being responsible for the proper use of camera, film and all equipment during use and at all times

Qualifications:

5 CXC's or �O� levels
Three (3) years' experience in a similar position
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Certification in the field of Retail
Strong customer service, negotiation, organisational, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
