Location: Washington DC, USA or The Hague, Netherlands
Hybrid working: 1 day in office per week preferred (open to considering different hybrid work schedules)

The Senior Learning Production Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the production of complex multi-workstream initiatives at a level that requires minimal supervision and support.
The Senior Learning Production Associate Manager ensures that products are developed and delivered on schedule. The role employs best practices for project management, product tracking, and system implementation in collaboration with other team members in EDD. This is a key role with a high level of interaction with colleagues, vendors, employees, and external consultants.
It involves agile and flexible work to ensure that priorities are determined and solutions are developed as implementation challenges arise. This role is suited to a strong, self-directed manager experienced in working with multiple levels of stakeholders, with experience in production and working with subject matter experts at scale.
