About the role:
Rothy’s is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead full-lifecycle recruitment across our retail fleet, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience and scaling our team to match Rothy’s growth.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive talent partner with strong sourcing capabilities, sharp candidate assessment skills, and a track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (primarily Retail), from kickoff meetings through offer extensions and handoffs.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and innovative sourcing channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and drive aligned, timely hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience: Conduct thorough initial recruiter screens, advocate for candidates throughout the interview process, and ensure clear, timely communication at every stage.
Offer Management: Draft competitive job offers and navigate negotiations in partnership with Talent leadership and Compensation.
Process & ATS Integrity: Maintain pristine candidate data and tracking within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support talent analytics and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on interview scheduling, background checks, and seamless onboarding handoffs to People Operations.

You have:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or in an agency setting (retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods experience is a plus).
Proven sourcing skills: Demonstrated track record using alternative sourcing channels to hire passive candidates.
ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse).
Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Experience structuring and extending offers while navigating candidate negotiations.
Exceptional Communication & Relationship Skills: Ability to collaborate, influence decisions, and maintain confidentiality across all organizational levels.
Pay range:
$98,000 - $118,000/Annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize !employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
