Job Description

The Regional Marketing Head is responsible for driving regional business growth through customer acquisition, customer engagement, revenue generation, market development, and customer retention. The role serves as the critical link between HQ strategy and regional execution, ensuring effective implementation of business growth initiatives while bringing local market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into strategic decision-making.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Network, Commercial, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, Channel Partners, and HQ teams to drive sustainable revenue growth and achieve regional business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Growth, Customer Acquisition & Revenue Delivery

Own regional marketing KPIs and deliver AOP commitments through new logo acquisition, customer engagement, reactivation, and revenue growth initiatives.
Drive hunting programs across Small, Medium and Semi Medium segments utilizing digital marketing, market intelligence, account-based marketing, and Demand Generation Centres
Improve marketing-led pipeline creation, conversion rates, OB MRC realization, and connected building monetization.

Customer Lifecycle Management & Brand Leadership

Strengthen customer relationships through structured engagement, CXO connects, roadshows, leadership forums, and customer advocacy programs.
Drive customer retention, reactivation, cross-sell, upsell, and adoption of strategic products and solutions.
Enhance Tata Tele Business brand visibility, customer mindshare, and market positioning across the region.

Market Intelligence, Product Monetization & Cluster Development

Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, customer requirements, emerging technologies, and whitespace opportunities.
Support product launches, increase solution penetration, and drive adoption of digital, cloud, security, collaboration, and connectivity offerings.
Develop growth opportunities through connected building penetration, business cluster mapping, and territory development initiatives.

Ecosystem Development & Customer-Centric Innovation

Build strong partnerships with industry bodies, channel partners, consultants, influencers, and business communities to drive ecosystem-led growth.
Act as the voice of the customer by capturing market feedback and influencing product, service, and go-to-market strategies.
Drive customer experience improvements, testimonials, references, and advocacy programs.

Marketing Governance, ROI & Resource Optimization

Ensure effective utilization of marketing investments, MDF utilization, and campaign budgets to maximize business outcomes.
Drive data-led decision making through tracking of marketing performance, ROI, conversion metrics, and business impact.
Scale successful initiatives while identifying and eliminating low-yield activities.

Cross-Functional Leadership, Performance Governance & Best Practice Replication

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Network, Commercial, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, and HQ teams to deliver business objectives.
Drive KPI reviews, performance interventions, and execution governance across the region.
Identify, replicate, and institutionalize best practices while removing execution bottlenecks and ensuring continuous improvement.

Minimum qualification & experience

MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
8-12 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Telecom, ICT, Technology, Cloud, Digital Solutions, or Enterprise Business.
Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, market development, and marketing-led business outcomes.
Strong experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, partner ecosystem engagement, and team leadership.
Demonstrated expertise in business planning, digital marketing, analytics, performance governance, and ROI-driven marketing programs.
