We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.
The role
We are bringing Telepatia to thousands of doctors in Colombia. You will be the person who makes that happen, one doctor at a time: you call them, you get the meeting, you visit their practice and you leave them using Telepatia.
What You'll Do
Cold call doctors from a list of thousands and book meetings. Lots of calls, every day, with a daily target.
Visit doctors in their practices across Bogotá and pitch Telepatia in a few minutes.
Onboard each doctor on the spot: set up their account, run their first consultation with them and make sure they come back.
Track every call, visit and activation in the CRM, so we always know how many doctors are live.
Share what you hear in the field with Revenue and Product: objections, what works, what doesn't.
Your main goal: doctors activated on the platform. This is a hands-on, operational role and a top priority for the company: we need people who want to go all in on it.
What You Have
1 to 4 years in a commercial role: SDR/BDR, expert network, field sales, medical representative, or your own business.
You have already sold something and you can say how much, to whom and how.
You love talking to people. You are outgoing, warm and you don't get discouraged by a "no".
Comfortable moving around Bogotá to visit doctors.
Fluent Spanish. English is a plus.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare, a strong academic record, leadership at university.
How the process works
Round 1 (virtual): fit and expectations with People and Ops.
Round 2 (virtual, final): you demo Telepatia to the Revenue leads. We send you the product material beforehand so you can prepare, and then we ask you some sales questions.
We move fast: from application to offer in about one week.
