As a lead analyst, you’ll serve as a client-facing subject-matter expert on energy-efficiency, electrification, distributed energy resource (DER), and demand-flexibility technologies—evaluating deemed savings, whether the technology is a cost-effective measure for demand-side management (DSM) and DER programs, and how utilities might incorporate the tech into future prescriptive or custom energy-efficiency or DER programs. Using your knowledge of building systems, technical reference manuals (TRMs), and prescriptive and custom programs, you’ll develop and deliver client presentations and written deliverables that translate complex technical research into clear, actionable guidance—ensuring our work is not only relevant, but forward-thinking and decision-ready.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into how technologies actually perform in the field and how that translates to good program design, brings strong judgment and a clear point of view to complex problems, and wants to contribute to work that shapes real-world decisions in the energy industry.
