Hiring Range: $151.00– $189.00 per hour

Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking Physicians to join our MD Express Urgent Care team. We are recruiting for full-time, part-time, and labor pool positions across five convenient locations in southeastern Virginia.
Urgent Care Physician Opportunities
Location: MD Express Urgent Care – Williamsburg, Yorktown, Newport News, Hampton, Gloucester
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Labor Pool
In this role, you will provide care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, teens, and adults, in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
About MD Express Urgent Care
MD Express Urgent Care centers are open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, offering accessible, high-quality care for a wide range of medical needs. Our providers rotate across five locations: Williamsburg, Yorktown, Newport News, Hampton, and Gloucester.
Scope of Practice
The ideal candidate will be comfortable diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of illnesses, injuries, and urgent care needs, including:
Illnesses
- Cough & Cold, Flu, COVID-19
- Allergies, Asthma, Pneumonia
- Dehydration, Sinus Infections, Viruses
- Gastrointestinal Ailments, Sore Throat
- Urinary Tract Infections, Gynecological Complaints
- Ear, Eye, and Bronchial Infections
Injuries
- Fractures, Sprains, Strains
- Lacerations, Burns, Abrasions
- Animal Bites, Sports Injuries, Falls
- Eye & Ear Injuries, Foreign Body Removal
Physicals & Screenings
- Sports Physicals
- STD Screenings
- Urine Drug Screens
- Workers’ Compensation Evaluations
Minor Procedures & Vaccinations
- Minor Surgical Procedures
- Vaccinations: PPD, Tetanus, Tdap, Meningococcal, Hepatitis B
Ideal Candidate Attributes

Qualifications
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Licensure & Certification:
- Current or eligible Virginia medical license
- Valid DEA controlled substance registration
- Meet comprehensive professional standards
