The Lead - Billing (MEP) will be responsible for end-to-end billing, quantity surveying, contract administration, and commercial management for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Utility works. The role involves preparation and certification of RA bills, contractor and subcontractor billing, client billing, variation management, claims administration, BOQ reconciliation, and cost monitoring for large-scale construction projects including high-rise buildings, industrial plants, data centers, commercial developments, and infrastructure projects.
