About ANNA

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a mission-driven organization that provides ABA services to young autistic children (under the age of 6) and their families using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. We operate multiple centers across Massachusetts and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team by identifying and hiring exceptional clinical talent who align with our mission and values.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building and scaling ANNA’s workforce to meet the growing demand for high-quality autism care. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this individual will own the full recruitment process for Behavior Therapists and Senior Behavior Therapists, driving high-volume hiring to ensure each center is staffed with qualified, mission-aligned professionals.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and processing offers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across new and existing markets, and streamline hiring processes that enable ANNA to grow efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and experience.

As ANNA expands nationally and opens new locations, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our growing centers have the talent they need to deliver high-quality, neuroaffirming autism care.

This is an opportunity to help build a modern, neuroaffirming autism services organization by connecting passionate, talented individuals with meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of young children and their families.
