Are you ready to shape a high-impact GU oncology portfolio and turn robust medical evidence into better outcomes for people living with cancer? Do you thrive on orchestrating complex global programs, aligning cross-functional leaders, and making decisions that move science into practice at pace?

As Tumor Portfolio Director, you will drive the strategic planning and execution of our GU medical portfolio, transforming strategy into coordinated delivery across regions and functions. Based in Mississauga, Canada, you will report to the Project Management Team Leader for Global Medical Affairs and partner closely with the GU franchise lead to ensure the portfolio works as one—from evidence generation and launches to scientific exchange and congress activity. Your leadership will empower teams to deliver the right work at the right time, with transparency, accountability and measurable impact.

In your first year, you will unify the tumor strategy across indications, stand up clear portfolio dashboards, and streamline governance and ways of working.  The result: faster decisions, sharper prioritization, and a consistent focus on value for patients, clinicians and the business.
