Position Summary: Support efficient bar operations by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, properly prepared, and maintained to company standards. Assist with beverage orders, drink preparation, and service while delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional and attentive hospitality.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Stock and replenish bar supplies, beverages, glassware, ice, and garnishes.
Assist with beverage preparation and service following established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area.
Monitor inventory, secure stock, and report shortages or equipment issues.
Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests and responding to requests promptly.
Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, wine offerings, hotel facilities, and service standards.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Complete opening, closing, and shift-related duties in accordance with company policies.
Attend required training sessions, meetings, and daily line-ups.
Support efficient bar operations while maintaining a professional appearance and positive teamwork.
The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training
- Minimum of 1 year beverage experience
- Food Handler’s Certificate
