Position Summary: Assists food servers with maintaining service efficiency and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ensures front-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. Supports other food servers to maintain service efficiency by cleaning, clearing, and setting tables, stocking supplies, and attending to the guest needs, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Set, clear, and reset tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Restock china, silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and other dining room supplies.
- Assist servers during busy periods and ensure guests' needs are promptly addressed.
- Prepare and serve water, rolls, beverages, and other basic service items as required.
- Remove and transport used dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated cleaning areas.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
- Attend daily line-ups, training sessions, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of restaurant or hospitality experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate required.
- Current Medical Health Certificate required.
