We're hiring Part-Time Special Needs Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) throughout Lancaster County and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:
As a Special Needs Caregiver / DSP, you'll provide support in clients' homes and communities while helping individuals live more independent, fulfilling lives.
- Assist with personal care, including dressing and grooming
- Support daily living activities and meal preparation
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Participate in community integration and social activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills
- Build meaningful relationships as a trusted companion and mentor

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18 or Older
- Reliable Transportation and Ability to Transport Clients
- One Year of Experience Supporting Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Preferred
- No Experience? Training opportunities may be available through our apprenticeship program
